Des Moines Wild West "Family Fun" Fest 2007 Vendor Agreement

Thank you for choosing to be a vendor at the Des Moines Wild West "Family Fun" Fest. By signing this contract you agree to all Rabbit Hole LLC terms and conditions. Although not contractually required, we also request that you have a good time vending at this event.

• All vendors must provide proof of insurance. I agree to provide Rabbit Hole LLC with a copy of my insurance certificate no later than Friday night, June 29, 2007.
• I understand the vending fee to vend both days at the Wild West Music Fest will be $50 payable no later than June 29th.
• I agree to adhere to all existing Festival Park regulations. For a copy of these regulations, contact Max at Sleepy Hollow Sports Park (max@wildwestmusicfest.com, 515-402-3417 cell).
• I will not bring drugs, alcohol or real firearms to the site. If vendors choose to dress wild western and wish to carry prop guns, they must be approved by Des Moines Wild West "Family Fun" Fest management prior to opening. (Cap guns may spook our animals or scare small children.)
• I promise that my staff and I will not smoke in or around Festival Park buildings.
• I promise to have my vehicle off the festival grounds one hour before the opening and not back until after all patrons are gone and Rabbit Hole LLC gives the "all clear." (If sales are slow, merchants may close shop as early as 6pm, but must hand carry any items to their vehicles.)
• I understand that Rabbit Hole LLC/Festival Park will not be responsible for any loss due to theft, fire, flood, or other natural disasters. Although there will be security, items left unattended are done so at your own risk. (This includes anything left in the buildings if you leave earlier than closing.)
• I understand that no overnight camping is allowed at Festival Park. For complete overnight rules and regulations, contact Max at Sleepy Hollow.
